DUE WEEK 7: (3 parts)

Read Chapter 7 (p.153-188).
Interview 3 people that fit within your company’s demographic. Document their answers: you will use this data to help develop user personas.

I) User Personas: (3pts)
Develop 8 Personas for users that might use your company’s website. Each user should have a name, demographic data, statement, personal background, and goals.(see p.171-175)
3 Primary users
3 Secondary Users
2 Complementary Users

II) Scenarios: (2pts)
Create 3 user scenarios based on your user personas (see p.183-184). Create each scenario around one user from each category (1 primary user, 1 secondary user, and 1 complementary user.) Keep your scenario "story like" - describe the interaction between the user and system without involving design details or technical details - describe the ideal situation and keep your user's personality in mind.

III) Task Analysis: (2pts)
Analyze each of the above scenarios by creating a Task Analysis (see p. 185-188). It may take the shape of a simple list (like on p.185), or you may create a box-and-arrow diagram, such as on page 188.
